It is important to us that both parties get to know each other before starting work, which is why we also arrange interviews with you as a partner and your preferred candidate. For us, full transparency is an important factor for long-term cooperation.

The time it takes to start work depends on the candidate’s level of German. Basically, our language course lasts 9-12 months up to the B1 language level. As a partner company, you also have the option of accessing our pool of candidates, so that we can introduce you to specialists with an existing knowledge of German.

Entry into Germany takes place as soon as the participants have passed the B1 language test. The next step is to take up work as an auxiliary as long as the professional recognition is still pending.

After completing their entry into Germany, the participants have two different options for professional recognition. The common form of the knowledge test usually lasts 1-6 months. The exam is provided with a final test.

The different form is participation in qualification measures in hospitals. The measures can take up to 12 months. 

It is also necessary to pass the language certificate at B2 level in accordance with the European Framework of Reference for both recognition methods.
